This technology can improve the performance of the country's five-phase oil products and provide technical support for effective control of motor vehicle emissions and fuel consumption.

Gasoline and diesel oil quality improver is to promote the oil products to improve the combustion efficiency, and to eliminate and suppress the formation of gum and carbon deposits in the combustion chamber of the engine, thereby reducing fuel consumption and reducing the emission of various harmful substances. The test results show that the product can reduce the emission of hydrocarbons from gasoline vehicles by 30%, carbon monoxide by 12% and nitrogen oxides by 35%; diesel particulate emissions from diesel vehicles by 25%, fine particulate matter by 20%, and hydrocarbons by 15%. Carbon monoxide decreased by 12% and nitrogen oxides decreased by 5%.

Emissions from motor vehicles account for a relatively high proportion of urban air pollutant emissions. Taking Shandong Province's motor vehicle inventory of 22.89 million vehicles in 2014 and total fuel consumption of approximately 19.5 million tons as an example, if all the gasoline and diesel boosters are used, emissions can be reduced by about 12,000 tons of particulate matter and about 0.77 million tons of fine particles. About 725,500 tons of carbon monoxide, about 56,800 tons of hydrocarbons, and about 55,200 tons of nitrogen oxides.

The gasoline and diesel oil quality improver can be applied to oil refineries, and can also be used at the terminals of oil depots.
