(1) Re-foaming maintenance method

During the overhaul, it is necessary to open the back panel of the high and low temperature box and dig out the original foaming material (be careful when digging, do not damage the original pipeline and wire). After exposing the evaporation tube, it is filled with nitrogen to detect leaks. Special attention must be paid to the connection solder joints during the leak detection. This kind of repair method is more appropriate for the case where the cooling system has a connector on the back, and it is not suitable for situations such as internal leakage in the deeper leak line of the cooling pipe. After the leakage point is found, it is repaired or repaired with glue, and then re-foaming and repairing the back plate.

(2) Auditory leak detection method

First fill the refrigeration pipeline with nitrogen. Then use a stethoscope to inspect the interior. When you hear a leak in one part, make a mark. Carefully open the metal plate, check the leakage point of the pipe with concentrated soapy water, use repair welding or adhesive repair, and then fill in the foaming agent, use a larger metal plate to make up the mouth, and glue on the four sides. . This method is ineffective for the occurrence of microleakage in the refrigeration system, and is prone to false detection or missed detection.

(3) Evaporator replacement method

After the high-low temperature tank determines the leakage of the evaporator, it uses the finished product evaporator which can be charged into the original evaporator cavity to perform replacement repair. Connect the new evaporator to the original cooling pipe and replace the new capillary and dryer. The disadvantage of this method is the higher cost.
