Baoji Automotive Industry Park is about to build Shaanxi Auto's mini vehicle next June

The reporter learned from the Management Committee of Baoji High-tech Zone yesterday that the construction project of the Baoji High-tech Zone Automotive Industrial Park, which has attracted the attention of people from all walks of life, will soon be completed. The Shaanxi Automobile mini-vehicle will go offline in June next year.

Baoji High-tech Zone Automobile Industrial Park is a provincial and municipal key project. The project is located in Wuzhangyuan Town, the ancient battlefield of the Three Kingdoms. As an important measure to accelerate the construction of automobile industrial parks, the Baoji High-tech Zone Automobile Industry Park Authority has signed a total investment of RMB 3 billion with Shaanxi Tongli Co., Ltd. at the beginning of this year. The annual output of 300,000 mini-vehicle projects will be invested in the area. The contract, at the same time, signed a investment agreement with Shannong Tongli Company with a total investment of RMB 1 billion and an annual production capacity of 30,000 construction vehicles. This indicates that the mini-car project has officially settled in the Hi-tech Industrial Park. At the same time, they also signed investment agreements with more than 30 auto parts companies throughout the country, including the auto parts and accessories industrial park project with a total investment of 1 billion yuan signed with Hefei Changrun Group.

The successful landing of these projects has aroused great concern among more domestic and foreign investors, followed by more than 10 auto parts companies outside Zhejiang, Chongqing, and Anhui provinces, as well as foreign spare parts such as Italy, Japan, Korea, and Singapore. Manufacturers also eagerly visited and negotiated investment, thus pushing the development of the automobile industry park to a climax.

It is understood that the controlled detailed planning of the Baoji Automobile Industrial Park was prepared by the Urban Planning and Design Institute of Tongji University in Shanghai. The jurisdiction of the project involves two districts, five towns and 16 villages. Since the commencement of the Shaanxi Automobile mini-vehicle project, the Automobile Industry Park Authority has contacted several banks in a timely manner to implement the park's infrastructure loan and has used various channels to finance 50 million yuan for infrastructure construction.

In addition, as an environmental construction project supported by the automobile industrial park, an agreement has been reached with Lanzhou Jinwanli Group to invest in the development of Qianmu Lake, and construction will start soon. At the same time, the 63-meter-wide automobile avenues, auto parts parks, village resettlement houses, and infrastructure projects such as gas supply, heating, and water supply also entered the substantive construction phase.

Yesterday, reporters saw in the automotive industrial park with a total planned area of ​​about 25 square kilometers that after 500,000 cubic meters of wetland such as lotus ponds and puddles were backfilled with large areas of “sandstone and rock,” hundreds of construction workers were building plants. The cement pillars, three 110KV transformer substations, and the Shitouhe water diversion network were fully started, and the project construction scene was grand. It is understood that the basic engineering of the four major workshops for stamping, welding, painting, and assembly of Shaanqi’s annual production capacity of 300,000 mini-vehicles has been completed, and the new car can be officially rolled out in June next year.
