The disadvantage is that the mechanical strength is the worst in the rubber material and it is not resistant to oil. Operating temperature range -100 ~ +300 °C. 3, neoprene sealant (CR)

It has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat aging resistance, oil and solvent resistance, good chemical resistance, excellent flame resistance, and good adhesion. Poor storage stability, hardenability during storage, and poor cold resistance. Relative density is high. Generally black products. Used in environments with oil, heat, and acid resistance requirements. Operating temperature range -30 ~ +120 °C.

4, nitrile rubber seal

The main features are oil and solvent resistance, but not tolerant to ketones, esters and chlorinated hydrocarbons, etc. The elasticity and mechanical properties are very good. Disadvantages are aging cracks in ozone and oxidation, poor cold resistance and low temperature resistance.

5, thermoplastic elastomer sealant

Has good elasticity and excellent abrasion resistance, good oil resistance, wide adjustable hardness range (Shore A hardness 65-80 degrees), excellent mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation at break), excellent The cold resistance and chemical resistance of intertwined corrosion, the higher the price of raw materials. Recyclable material. Operating temperature range -60 ~ +80 °C. It is suitable for areas with strong vibration such as earthquake-prone areas, near railways or factories with high-power cranes, and areas with strong ultraviolet radiation.

6, thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) sealant

With the flexibility and elasticity of rubber, it can be produced by plastic processing method without vulcanization, and the waste can be recycled and reused. It is a material with a wide range of properties, good heat resistance, cold resistance, relative density, oil resistance, solvent resistance similar to neoprene, resistance to permanent deformation and abrasion resistance is not very good. Operating temperature range -40 ~ +150 °C. Applicable to cold, and high-rise buildings.

7. Plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PPVC) sealant

Materials are cheap and easy to obtain, with corrosion resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and various chemical media, resistant to combustion, high mechanical strength; the disadvantage is that with the plasticizer within the system is easy to migrate, become hard and brittle, lose with the extension of time Elasticity, resistance to aging, poor weatherability and low temperature performance. Generally dark products. It is suitable for occasions where the light is not strong, the temperature does not change greatly, and the weather conditions are not bad.

8, surface coating material

The surface of the sealing strip is coated with polyurethane, silicone, PTFE, etc. to replace the traditional surface flocking process.
