Lu Zhengyao, chairman and CEO of UCAR, stated that in the past ten years, China Shenzhou Car has witnessed and led the development of China's car rental industry and created a leading car travel platform. Starting from the car rental business, UCAR has opened up special cars and electric vehicles one after another. Business, finance and other businesses have initiated the establishment of the UCAR Industry Fund, and through the modes of ownership, investment, and cooperation, the entire industry chain has been laid out, and a human-vehicle ecosystem covering the whole industry chain of automobiles has been initially established.

Lu Zhengyao thought about the future of travel and the automotive industry. He believes that driverless driving will surely be realized, and its application and popularization will only be a matter of time and scope. Considering that automobiles are not only a travel function, they are also an important carrier of people's lives and hobbies. Therefore, drones will not eliminate private cars. Based on the above foreseen, UCAR will shift from the "car travel" strategy to "build a new generation of car life platform."

Lu Zhengyao explained this positioning with four key words: First, the “new generation” refers to a new generation of consumption habits and changes in a new generation of technologies. Second, "car life" includes the life of car-free cars and the life of cars. The life of car-free cars will be upgraded on the basis of the current car rental business in China, and build the largest new-generation car sharing platform in China, further enriching the experience of car models, rental models, and new technologies. On-demand use; car life will face private owners, to create a new integrated automotive life service platform "Shenzhou car steward" to meet the user's full range of automotive life and service needs. Thirdly, the “platform” builds a combination of online and offline platforms for users, relies on the two major traffic portals of Shenzhou Car Rental Co., Ltd. and Shenzhou car stewards online, and integrates existing business functions under the line and builds offline integrated service entity outlets— Shenzhou Car Terminal combines the two to achieve seamless connection between the online and offline businesses and the full range of services. Fourth, “sharing”, the development model of the new generation of automotive service platforms, will be based on B2C, supplemented by other sharing modes such as B2B2C and C2B2C.
