First, with a solid foundation, China's new energy vehicles have achieved remarkable results and laid a solid foundation for the development of intelligent networked vehicles;

The second is the advantages of information technology. China has emerged a number of leading companies in the field of communication information, and especially 5G's R&D has begun to synchronize with the world's advanced;

Third, on the institutional and institutional basis, China has a good decision-making mechanism that concentrates resources on R&D;

Fourth, there is huge market space. China has the world's largest automotive market and provides a broad market space for the development of intelligent networked vehicles.

In addition, Xin Guobin said in his speech that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will promote the development of intelligent networked vehicles in four aspects in view of the incomplete infrastructure and imperfect testing and evaluation standards in the development of smart network vehicles.

Specifically: First, standards will be introduced first, regulations will be formulated, and laws and regulations applicable to intelligent networked vehicles will be promoted;

The second is to build an ecological system, improve the foundation, actively promote the integration of transportation and communications, and build a new generation of communications networks covering the entire country to realize the interconnection of vehicles, roads, people, and clouds;

The third is to ensure safety and strengthen the security and other monitoring of intelligent networked vehicles;

Fourth, deepen cooperation and sharing, promote international cooperation, speed up the formulation and launch of Chinese standards, and increase influence and visibility.
