The compressor of the high and low temperature test chamber draws low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the intake pipe, and after the motor is driven to drive the piston to compress it, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas is discharged to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle. Compression - condensation - expansion - evaporation (endothermic) refrigeration cycle. What if the refrigerant leaks?

First, observe the pressure gauge on the back of the high and low temperature test chamber to see if the pressure is within the normal range. If it is lower than the normal value, it indicates that the refrigerant leaks. The refrigeration system of the high and low temperature test chamber should be leak tested to the copper tube. The high-pressure nitrogen gas is input, and the leak detector is combined with the soapy water to check the leak point. Usually, there is only one leak point, and sometimes there are many leak points, which is relatively rare. After finding the leak point, weld the seal to the leak with oxygen welding, and then charge the refrigeration system with nitrogen for 48 hours. During the pressure keeping process, the gauge pointer is not changed, indicating that the leak has been repaired normally and the nitrogen is released. The system is filled with environmentally friendly refrigerants R404 and R23, and the refrigeration system can resume normal operation.

Both the standard high and low temperature test chambers and the constant temperature and humidity test chambers are cooled by air-cooled compressors. The working principle is the same as that of air conditioning and refrigeration. In the refrigeration process, refrigerant is used for refrigeration. Once the refrigerant leaks, it will The test box is shut down, and the low temperature test and the damp heat test with humidity less than 85% RH cannot be performed.
